Course Overview
The LEO Pistol Performance Workshop is a high-intensity, performance-driven training experience designed to prepare law enforcement officers for the realities of their worst day on duty.
When lives are on the line, there is no time to question your abilities. Officers must be capable of making sound decisions, managing stress, and executing fundamental skills with confidence, speed, and precision.
This workshop is built around one simple principle: High-quality repetition builds confidence. Confidence builds decisive performance.
Unlike traditional firearms courses that spend excessive time discussing techniques, this workshop prioritizes time behind the gun, measurable performance, and purposeful repetition.
Expect short, focused periods of instruction followed by high-volume practical application. Our mentors will identify inefficiencies, refine individual mechanics, and challenge each officer to perform at a higher standard.
